Amy was born and raised in the Colesville area of Silver Spring, Md. After graduation from the University of Maryland with degrees in Mental Health and Family Counseling, she began her career in banking! She has strong background in private mortgage insurance, investment banking and real estate taxes. In 1991, Amy switched careers and spent nine years working for the Federal Judicial Court system, 4th District, Southern Division specializing in Bankruptcy.
